Shipping Information
We process and ship orders directly from our headquarters in Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia. We are partnered with reliable shipping providers to ensure your SPMU tools arrive safely and on time.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.
2. Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)
We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options across Indonesia. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your province. We partner with JNE, SiCepat, and JNT Express for domestic deliveries.
3. International Shipping
We proudly ship internationally. International shipping rates and times are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery for international orders:
- Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days
- Asia Pacific: 7–14 business days
- Europe / Americas: 10–21 business days
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees upon reaching the destination country. Real Fiber Brows is not responsible for these charges.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We offer free domestic shipping on orders over IDR 1.000.000.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s website to track the status of your delivery.
6. Digital Orders (eCourses)
No physical shipping is required for our eCourses. Upon successful payment, you will instantly receive an email granting you access to our online learning platform.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
