Returns & Refund Policy
At Real Fiber Brows, ensuring the highest quality of our SPMU products and educational content is our priority.
1. Physical Products
Due to the hygienic nature of semi-permanent makeup and beauty tools, we only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@realfiberbrows.com with photos of the defect.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Items returned after the 7-day window, or that show signs of use, will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
2. Digital Products & eCourses
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to the Real Fiber Brows Cloning, Semi-Permanent Makeup Mastery, and The Nano Brow Method eCourses, are final and non-refundable.
Once access to the digital content has been granted, we cannot revoke that knowledge. If you are having trouble accessing your course, please reach out to our premium support team at info@realfiberbrows.com.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for a physical product:
- Email info@realfiberbrows.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Attach photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or are not in original packaging.
- Digital downloads and eCourse access.
- Products purchased during promotional sales or at discounted prices (unless defective).
